Draw rules

(1.) The prize draw closes on April 30^th, 2010.

(2.) There is no obligation to purchase to enter the prize draw.

(3.) To be eligible to win you must be a resident of Ontario, Canada.

(4.) The selected draw winner will have the option to choose 1 of the following prizes: A Blackberry® or a Playstation3® . Each prize and entry details will be as described. (Safe Home Canada Inc. reserves the right to supply an alternative prize of an equal or greater value). Prizes may not be exactly as pictures shown.

(5.) Those involved in the promotion and execution of the draw and anybody under the age of 18 will not be eligible to enter.

(6.) The winner will be notified personally, as soon as possible, after the draw has taken place. If the winner does not claim his/her prize within 30 days for the draw date the winning ballot is null and void. Subsequent draws will be held under the same rules until a winner is determined. Safe Home Canada Inc. reserves the right to feature the name and photograph of the draw winner in future publications, promotions and on the Safe Home Canada Inc. website. (www.safehomecanada.com)

(7.) Entrants agree to recieve a monthly security newsletter from Safe Home Canada Inc.

(8.) The draw will be subject to independent supervision.

(9.) Only one entry per household. Multiple auto-generated submissions will be disqualified.
